Refund policy

We appreciate your interest in Haus of Healing products and services. Due to the nature of our offerings, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Please review the policy below carefully before completing your purchase.

1. All Sales Final

We do NOT accept refunds, returns, or exchanges under any circumstances.
This applies to:

In-store purchases

Online purchases

Live sales (Instagram, TikTok, or any live platform)

Digital products

Services, sessions, and bookings

Once a purchase is made, it is final and non-refundable.

2. Live Sales Disclaimer

All items purchased during live sales are final sale.

Customers acknowledge that live sales are conducted in real time and that purchasing decisions are made at the buyer’s discretion. No refunds, exchanges, or returns will be issued for live sale purchases.


3. Shipping Insurance Responsibility

Haus of Healing is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once an order has been shipped.

Shipping insurance is the responsibility of the customer.

By completing a purchase without adding insurance, the customer assumes full responsibility for the shipment.

Claims for lost or damaged items must be handled directly with the carrier if insurance was purchased.

We strongly recommend adding shipping insurance at checkout for high-value or fragile items.


4. Damaged or Defective Items

Due to the natural and one-of-a-kind nature of crystals, stones, and handmade items, natural variations, inclusions, and imperfections are not considered defects.

In the rare event of a confirmed issue caused during packing (excluding carrier damage), customers must contact support within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. Any resolution, if offered, is at the sole discretion of Haus of Healing. No refunds will be issued.


5. Order Accuracy

Customers are responsible for reviewing all order details before completing checkout. Orders cannot be modified or canceled once placed.


6. Undeliverable or Returned Packages

If a package is returned due to:

Incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer

Failure to retrieve the package

Carrier delivery issues beyond our control

No refund or reshipment will be provided.
